Elsie has been involved in the club for over 60 years as a coach, ESH former President, and a Level 4 track official, a role she only stood down from in 2022. She has been a stalwart of the club officiating at leagues and club events alongside her duties at international events.  Elsie’s daughter Lorraine is still the joint club record holder for the 100M and 200M U13 age group.
